Official Rules — Ruta 777 VIP Guest List Giveaway

Entry cutoff: December 10, 2026, 11:59 p.m. Pacific Standard Time.
Random drawing: December 11, 2026, approximately 12:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time.
Eligible area: the United States and Washington, D.C.; entrants must be at least 18.
1. Organizer
This giveaway is operated by Grupo Hacendado campaign management (the artist's management team, referred to here as the “Organizer”). Inquiries, including requests for winner information or the mailing contact, may be sent to privacy@grupohacendado.com. The giveaway is not administered or sponsored by Cloudflare, YouTube, Spotify or other social platforms.
2. Eligibility
Open to natural persons who are lawful residents of any of the 50 United States or Washington, D.C. and at least 18 years of age when entering. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The Organizer, persons involved in administering the promotion, and their immediate household members may not win. The game itself is available without entering.
3. Entry period and free entry
Entries open when these rules and the entry form are first published on the official Ruta 777 website on or after October 26, 2026. Entries must be received by December 10, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. PST. Enter free at play.grupohacendado.com/vip.html by submitting your full name, email address, U.S. residency and age confirmation, accepting these Official Rules and the Privacy Notice, and passing anti-bot verification. No game play, hidden token, purchase, streaming, social following, or marketing opt-in is required. Limit one entry per person and email address. Multiple/automated/false entries may be disqualified. A person who finds the secret token in-game receives no additional entries or better odds.
4. Prize and restrictions
There will be one winning entrant, who receives a complimentary VIP guest-list invitation for themselves plus one guest (two admissions total) to a forthcoming Grupo Hacendado VIP experience. Date, venue, admission instructions, and eligibility of the guest will be communicated privately by the Organizer. The guest must be 18 or older unless the venue and Organizer specifically authorize otherwise. Transportation, travel documents, lodging, parking, food, merchandise, and other expenses are not included. There is no cash alternative, and the invitation may not be resold, auctioned or transferred without permission. The guest-list invitation is complimentary and is not offered for retail sale; it has no cash redemption value. The Organizer will notify the winner of any applicable venue conditions. If the planned experience is cancelled or unavailable, the Organizer will attempt to arrange a reasonably comparable alternative where lawful. No personal meeting or performance by any individual is promised.
5. Winner selection and notification
On December 11, 2026, at approximately noon PST, the Organizer will randomly select one potential winner from all eligible entries properly received during the entry period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. The potential winner will be contacted using the email submitted. The Organizer may request confirmation of eligibility and acceptance of reasonable venue/guest-list conditions. A response is required within 72 hours after the first notification. If the winner is ineligible, cannot be reached, declines, or fails to respond, the Organizer may randomly select an alternate winner. Winning is subject to verification.
6. Fairness and conduct
Entries are counted without regard to newsletter subscriptions, optional messaging consent, musical listening, gameplay score, or social engagement. The Organizer may disqualify fraudulent, duplicative or unlawful entries and may address technical interruptions in a fair, documented manner, consistent with applicable law. Any modification of these rules will be disclosed in a way that does not unfairly disadvantage existing eligible entrants.
7. Taxes and personal information
The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes arising from the prize. Information submitted for entry will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact potential winners, and retain necessary records. Entry details are not automatically added to the promotional fan list. See the Privacy Notice. Entrants may request access or deletion to the extent permitted by law at privacy@grupohacendado.com; deleting an entry before the draw may withdraw it.
8. General terms
To the extent permitted by law, the Organizer is not responsible for interruptions caused by systems outside its reasonable control. Nothing in these rules excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived. Disputes are subject to applicable law. The Organizer may withhold any prize until eligibility is verified. The Organizer will maintain appropriate records of entry, winner selection, and prize fulfillment.
9. Winner information
Requests for the name of the verified winner (where disclosure is lawful), the prize awarded, or correspondence about the promotion should be sent to privacy@grupohacendado.com.
